Who is behind it
I built Assista first for my own publication. Since September 2026 it has been writing, checking and publishing there every day, with nobody sitting at the desk.
Now I run it for practices nearby. You talk to me, not to a call centre: at the introductory call, during set-up and afterwards.

Prices exclude VAT. Extra credits: €39 for 10, and they do not expire. Short video clips from your own talks or webinars are an option.

What does set-up cost?
Basic: €300, once, or €25 a month for 12 months. Your site set up, your voice, sources and categories reviewed together, your legal pages filled in.
What is the set-up training?
€500, once. Half a day, live: you learn to write your voice document, choose sources, approve articles and the basics of the GDPR. Basic set-up included. VLAIO's kmo-portefeuille refunds 30% of a training course to small businesses and liberal professions in Flanders. That applies to the training, not to the subscription, and only once our registration as a service provider is complete.
What does the fully guided set-up include?
€900, once. The training, plus your domain name, your Facebook and Instagram connection, logo and house style, and your existing site moved over.
So a computer writes my articles?
Yes, under strict rules. Assista writes in the voice we set down together and only from sources you trust. Every figure is checked. Nothing goes online without your approval.
How much of my time does it take?
Set-up takes about an hour. After that you approve every article: read it and press one button, a few minutes a week. Once you have approved ten articles in a row without changing anything, you can switch on automatic publishing. In healthcare, law and accountancy you keep approving every article.
I work with sensitive subjects. Is that possible?
Yes. For healthcare providers every article waits for your approval, and the texts stay within the rules for practice information: no price arguments, no comparisons, no promises. Assista never writes about clients, makes no diagnoses and refers to professional help where needed, such as the CAW or Awel.
Which languages does it work in?
Dutch, French and English. Your site can exist in several languages at once; you choose how many articles you want per language.
Do I need a website already?
No. If you have none, we build one. If you do have one, we can move the content over in the fully guided set-up.
Who owns the content?
You do. Your site, your articles and your subscribers stay yours, even if you stop.
Can I cancel?
Yes, monthly after the first year. When you cancel, your site stays online for 90 days and you get an export of your articles and subscribers.
